Street Fair

Kernside's first ever neighborhood street fair! We'll be closing NE 28th between Burnside and Glisan for a whole day of midsummer fun and frolics, from live music, comedy and storytelling to art installations, a bouncy castle for kids, and 100+ booths of marvelous local artists and creators.

In June, July and August the street is closed from 6-9 pm with 15 blocks (15th Ave.-30th Ave.) closed to traffic, hundreds of diverse arts and crafts vendors, art gallery opening parties, street performers and musicians, and other outside events.

Join us for the 16th annual Art in the High Desert — a premier art show and sale on the West Coast. Our 2024 show marked our return to the heart of Bend, and the community's excitement for the return to Old Mill District area was fantastic. We are delighted to announce that with the cooperation of Bend Parks and Recreation, Riverbend Park will be our permanent home! Art in the High Desert is a juried fine art and craft show, produced by active show artists and invested local art advocates through a non-profit organization.
